Chasewater Runners is a FREE friendly, local, social (unaffiliated) running club. We are a mixed group of varying abilities. Sessions are structured to meet everyone's needs as far as possible and no runners are ever left behind.

Please note that if you were a member of the club but have not registered during 2019, you will have to re-register by clicking 'join us' and filling in the on line form

Session:
5k interval based lap
Revisiting one of the sessions we've already covered.
Short speed session
Followed by
Abs/core workout
Weather permitting.

Tuesday evening runners meeting at Paeon Injury and Fitness (Chasewater) @ 6:30pm

It's a 5k run around Chasewater plus 2 points of mustering depending how quick you are, it can get you up to 7k approx

Remember, hydrate during the day not just before the run and there will be some extra training at the end for those with the energy

I'm working till 6 pm so won't get there until just before 6.30 so don't worry if I'm not about earlier

Tonight it's a 5k run around Chasewater plus 1,2 or 3 hills, which can take you up to roughly 7.5k

Don't forget to hydrate during the day as it will help your running whatever the weather
