Beginners Course

The next course will start on Wednesday 18th April 2018 @ 18:30 (Innovation Centre - Chasewater)

This is a FREE progressive 6 week running course for new runners and anyone who would like to get back into running

It starts with everyone being shown how to warm up and cool down before and after sessions, to help prevent injuries

Week 1 will be mainly walking, with short periods of slow running, then over the following weeks the running increases and the walking decreases. By week 6, we hope that you will be able to run a complete loop of Chasewater without stopping ( 5 kilometers / 3 mile )

At the end of each session, the run leader will ask that you repeat what you have just done before the next session, they will post what needs to be done, as a reminder.

There is no charge and you don't have to register for the actual course, just join the club via the link
