Meeting at chasewater innovation centre at 6:30pm (small carpark)
Session:
5k TT lap of the lake.
This is YOUR time do not be concerned with what anyone else is clocking be proud of your time.

Short speed session

Followed by
Abs/core workout

Everyone welcome as always, as intervals are self disciplined please bring something to time your interval sets.

It's a canal run tonight, 20 mins out 19 mins back (if you can)

Interval session Homework:
(Every runner really)
5 exercises =1set.
Set consists of

Plank 45sec 15sec recovery.

Flutter kicks 45sec 15sec recovery.

Mountain climbers 45sec 15sec recovery.

Russian twists 45sec 15sec recovery.

Spiderman plank 10 per leg.

1minute recovery after completion of set.

Repeat for a total of 3sets 3/4 times a week minimum.
